The skies cleared up and we woke up to a frosty morning. We took a short hike up to the Watchman, 8013ft, one of the highest points on the rim. It is still used as a fire lookout. The 360 degree views include the Wizard Island just below. After a picnic lunch at another great viewpoint, we set out for our drive back, this time through Medford, Oregon.
