Albuquerque Rodeo

Irina and I attended a PRCA rodeo that took place at the 2012 New Mexico State Fair. Below are collections of my shots from the individual events: bareback bronc riding, steer wrestling, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing, and bull riding. I hope the shots, most of which were taken at ISO 12800 to reasonably freeze the wild movement of the subjects at the indoor event, captured at least a part of dynamics, skill, and guts that are involved even though nothing can substitute for watching the rodeo live.
